Steven Gerber
Co-Founder & Principal
A seasoned government affairs and regulatory executive with more than two decades of experience. Before launching GO Advisors, Steven served as Vice President of Local Government and Regulatory Affairs at Comcast, where he led multi-state operations across 14 states and helped secure more than $750 million in broadband grant funding. His background includes telecommunications law, franchise negotiations, and leadership roles in nonprofit and philanthropic sectors including the MacArthur Foundation.

Ron Orlando
Co-Founder & Principal
A transformational external affairs executive and accomplished fire chief with three decades of leadership in government relations, public safety, and advocacy. Previously Regional Vice President of External Affairs at Comcast, Ron led multimillion-dollar operations across the Mountain West and Midwest. An honored Cable TV Pioneer (Class of 2025), he brings expertise in crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and legislative strategy grounded in real-world operational experience.
